She handles pre-litigation and litigation matters related to intellectual property, counterfeiting, unfair competition, and parasitism.
A graduate of the Ecole du Barreau, Raphaëlle initially worked at a major business law firm before joining two prominent Intellectual Property law firms in Alsace. Her 18 years of experience have provided her with extensive expertise in the field.
Raphaëlle joined the Plasseraud IP group in 2024, during the merger of Bleger-Rhein-Poupon and Plasseraud IP.
