Marion Autissier

Marion is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She advises individuals, companies and research institutes on the development and management of their patent portfolio: patent applications, procedures for granting titles, legal consultations (freedom to operate, patentability, audit of IP portfolios) and valuation. She mainly works in biotechnologies, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and agrifood sectors. In particular, she has developed strong skills in litigation. She is also a trainer at the IEEPI.
Marion began her career in Intellectual Property in 2011 in a company specializing in the development of drugs targeting orphan pathologies in oncology, then she worked in the Innovation unit of a major player in cosmetics, where she managed the patent and trademark portfolio. Marion joined Plasseraud IP in 2016.
