Plasseraud IP partner of the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition 2023/2024 organized by the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, University of Oxford

Plasseraud IP is pleased to be again a partner of the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition 2023/2024, organized by the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford.

Created in 2008 by the Comparative Media Law & Policy program, this annual international media law moot court competition aims to promote freedom of expression and to raise awareness on the role of media and information technology worldwide.

The competition is open to law students. Several prizes are awarded: Best Memorials, Best Individual Oralist and Best Oralist.

Fabrice Bircker, Head of Internet & Data, and Sophie Delauney, Internet & Data Lawyer, will have the pleasure of being part of the final jury.

This year there will be a dozen teams taking part, from the following countries:

• England
• Ireland
• Germany
• Ukraine
• Poland
• Hungary
• Austria
• etc.

Judges will also come from all over the globe: Serbia, France, Egypt, India, Turkey, Scotland, Romania, etc.
