Christophe Jolly

Christophe Jolly is a Partner and French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He assists his clients, including major French groups in the aviation, automotive and health sectors, in the development and management of their patents portfolio. PhD in Medical Imaging he also obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Physical Acoustics. Christophe chose to carry out his thesis on Medical Imaging in the framework of the development of a high-resolution ultrasound scanner.

Jean-Marc Coquel

Jean-Marc Coquel is a Partner and Head of Bordeaux and Angoulême Offices at Plasseraud IP. He is a French and European Patent Attorney. Jean-Marc coordinates the group’s business in the region of Aquitaine. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on developing and implementing their intellectual property strategy in the fields of mechanics, physics and optics.

Charlotte Leleu

Charlotte Leleu is a Partner and Head of the Toulouse office at Plasseraud IP. She is a French and European Patent Attorney. Charlotte advises clients on the protection and defense of their patent portfolio, as well as on the definition and implementation of intellectual property strategies. With a strong background in applied mathematics and computer-implemented inventions, she has developed particular expertise in the field of “Big Data” and Artificial Intelligence.

Durville Guillaume

Guillaume Durville is a Partner and a European Patent Attorney based in Madrid at Plasseraud IP.  He advises Plasseraud IP's clients, in particular major players in IT and consumer goods sectors, on the development and management of their patent portfolios. 

Debrit Yann

Yann Debrit is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he has been a Partner since 2020. His work focusses on the petroleum, farm machinery, machine tools, medical devices, electricity, telecommunications and IT sectors. He is also responsible for relations with INPI on IT matters and advanced user aspects of the office's online solutions (e-INPI team). Yann also teaches Intellectual Property at an engineering school and is a member of the panel of examiners for the professional IP attorney exam specialising in Patents.

Gruson Éric

Eric Gruson is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he became a Partner in 2018. He has extensive experience in obtaining patents and litigation in the various fields of mechanics and computer science (e.g. drilling, computer simulation, bioinformatics tools, telecommunications and cryptography). He was dealing with numerous cases of infringement before French courts and numerous appeals before the EPO. Eric also provides training about employee inventions, software patentability and counterfeit seizures on a regular basis. Plasseraud IP joined Plasseraud IP in 2010.

Boubal Denis

Denis Boubal is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specializes predominately in the mechanical field, both in patent proceedings and litigation matters. After obtaining a Master of Science in Manufacturing degree, he practiced for seven years in an IP firm. Denis joined Plasseraud IP in 2011.

Albert Hassine

Albert Hassine is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specializes in software protection with applications as varied as telecommunications, image processing and bioinformatics. He also gives training courses on software protection in Europe (patentability, copyright, licensing of "free" software). Albert Hassine started in IP in 1996.

Bertrand Loisel

Bertrand Loisel is a member of Plasseraud IP's Executive Committee. 

An Industrial Property Attorney and European Patent Attorney, he heads the firm's Mechanics-Electronics-Computing department. He supports major players and innovative companies in the IT, telecoms and construction sectors in their industrial property strategy, in the technical fields of mechanics, IT and electricity. He advises and litigates, representing clients in oppositions before the European Patent Office, and in infringement cases before French and foreign courts.
