Anne Desaix

Anne Desaix is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her work mainly focuses on patents in the field of life sciences. She represents major French and international research laboratories and innovative SMEs. She has an extensive expertise in long-term protection strategies and constitution of patent portfolios in pioneering technologies. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). Anne has acquired a great wealth of experience in handling complex proceedings before the EPO and before the French courts.

Christophe Jolly

Christophe Jolly is a Partner and French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He assists his clients, including major French groups in the aviation, automotive and health sectors, in the development and management of their patents portfolio. PhD in Medical Imaging he also obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Physical Acoustics. Christophe chose to carry out his thesis on Medical Imaging in the framework of the development of a high-resolution ultrasound scanner.

Carole Sellin

Carole Sellin is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her activity is mainly devoted to patents in the field of life sciences, genetic and molecular engineering, and the plant world. Carole works for major universities, foreign pharmaceutical companies, and well-known French companies. She has taken part in numerous oral proceedings and oppositions before the EPO. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs). She is a member of AIPPI and GRAPI. Carole joined EGYP, a Plasseraud IP Group company, in 2000.
 

Jean-Marc Coquel

Jean-Marc Coquel is a Partner and Head of Bordeaux and Angoulême Offices at Plasseraud IP. He is a French and European Patent Attorney. Jean-Marc coordinates the group’s business in the region of Aquitaine. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on developing and implementing their intellectual property strategy in the fields of mechanics, physics and optics.

Charlotte Leleu

Charlotte Leleu is a Partner and Head of the Toulouse office at Plasseraud IP. She is a French and European Patent Attorney. Charlotte advises clients on the protection and defense of their patent portfolio, as well as on the definition and implementation of intellectual property strategies. With a strong background in applied mathematics and computer-implemented inventions, she has developed particular expertise in the field of “Big Data” and Artificial Intelligence.

Durville Guillaume

Guillaume Durville is a Partner and a European Patent Attorney based in Madrid at Plasseraud IP.  He advises Plasseraud IP's clients, in particular major players in IT and consumer goods sectors, on the development and management of their patent portfolios. 

Nathalie Wajs

Nathalie is a Partner and a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She works on cases relating to cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, polymers, petrochemicals and catalysis for individuals, companies and research institutes. With more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property, she advises individuals, large groups and research institutes in the development and management of their patent portfolios: patent applications, granting procedures, legal advice (freedom to operate, audit of IP portfolios) and valuation, in the chemical sectors.

Cyra Nargolwalla

Cyra Nargolwalla is a co-Managing Partner in Plasseraud IP’s Executive Committee. 

She is regularly recognized for her outstanding expertise in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals (vaccines, hormonal therapy, cancerology), as well as textiles, paper and the food industry. She has an excellent track record representing clients in Opposition and Appeal Proceedings before the EPO, in both French and English. Cyra also handles litigation matters in France and in other countries.

Debrit Yann

Yann Debrit is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he has been a Partner since 2020. His work focusses on the petroleum, farm machinery, machine tools, medical devices, electricity, telecommunications and IT sectors. He is also responsible for relations with INPI on IT matters and advanced user aspects of the office's online solutions (e-INPI team). Yann also teaches Intellectual Property at an engineering school and is a member of the panel of examiners for the professional IP attorney exam specialising in Patents.

Raphaël Fleurance

Raphaël Fleurance is a Partner and Head of the Lyon office at Plasseraud IP. He is a French and European Patent and Trademark Attorney. He works in the areas of chemistry, physics and medtech, for the drafting, prosecution and defense of patents, trademarks and designs, as well as IP contracts. He began his career in the Direction Générale de l’Armement for a year. Then, he moved to the IP department of Salomon (sport equipments) in 1986/1987 and afterwards he worked for three years at the IP department of Roquette Frères, a leading multinational firm in the agrochemical industry.
