Alexandre Decreton

Alexandre is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He is involved in patents mainly in the fields of telecommunications, energy, IT and optics. He specializes in the protection of computer implemented inventions, as well as in the procedure of patent applications for such inventions before the European and US Offices. After a Doctorate for IRSN (nuclear safety) on interactions between metals, Alexandre worked for two years in an IP firm in Paris. Alexandre joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.

Michael Vosswinkel

Michael Vosswinkel is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He holds a PhD in physical-organic chemistry awarded by the Ruhr-University of Bochum, based on research at the University of Queensland in Australia. Michael assists SMEs and multinationals in the development of their patent portfolio, in particular patent prosecution, drafting of patent applications and FTOs in various fields of chemistry. Michael worked for 6 years in the chemistry section of the patent department of Sonderhoff & Einsel, an IP law firm based in Tokyo.

Bertrand Chesneau

Bertrand Chesneau is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specialises in patent drafting, freedom to operate study, patentability study and in opposition proceedings in the fields of chemistry, particularly in organic synthesis, chemical engineering, chemical formulation and pharmacy. Bertrand gained experience as a patent engineer at two IP law firms and at IFPEN in several fields of chemistry. Bertrand joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.
 

Soukeyna Bouchebout

Soukeyna Bouchebout is a European & French Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP.

She specializes in the fields of mechanics, robotics, computer science and new information and communication technologies, for patent drafting, prosecution, patent validity and infringement opinions. Soukeyna worked for four years in different IP firms.

Soukeyna joined EGYP, member of the Plasseraud IP Group in 2019.

Atom Tong Xi Jun

Atom Tong received his LL.M. Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from Shanghai University, a post-graduate program in Intellectual Property Rights, the first and currently the only IP Education Program in China. Prior to joining Cabinet Plasseraud’s Shanghai office, Plasseraud IP Limited (Shanghai) in 2008, Atom worked as a trainee engineer with Siemens Industry Building Consultant (SIBC), in Munich, Germany, in 2006.

Hervé Le Quéré

Hervé Le Quéré is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He holds a Ph.D in cellular and molecular biology during which he worked on molecular signaling pathways and cartilage reconstruction. He is mainly involved in the fields of biotechnology, molecular and cellular biology, therapy and has developed a particular expertise in antibodies and vaccines. He also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). Previously, he worked in a foreign law firm for seven years. Hervé joined EGYP, member of the Plasseraud IP Group, in 2017.

Aude Vallée

Aude Vallée is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in patent drafting and patent prosecution in the fields of mechanics, but also patentability and freedom to operate studies. Aude gained experience as a patent engineer in a major French IP law firm where she worked for seven years.

Aude joined Plasseraud IP in 2022.

Lilia Leghmizi

Lilia LEGHMIZI is a patent engineer at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in drafting and monitoring patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medicinal chemistry and biochemistry. During her studies, Lilia carried out several research internships (CEA, CNRS) before turning to industrial property. Lilia joined Plasseraud IP in 2022.

Nicholas Moore

Nicholas Moore is a European and UK Patent Attorney. He is active in the fields of electronics and software. His practice mainly focuses on wireless telecoms, mobile phone handsets and electronic systems in aircraft . Nicholas has developed a particular expertise in patents for 5G telecoms and digital television. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Patent Attorney in a Dutch multinational developer and creator of location technology and consumer electronics. He also worked as a Research Engineer for the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology for five years.
