Sandrine Vimes

Sandrine Vimes is Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her mission includes obtaining, maintaining and defending IP rights, issuing opinions on counterfeiting, litigation monitoring, legal watches, drafting contracts and opposition proceedings. She also gives conferences (audit and valuation of IP portfolios, protection of artistic works, etc.). She is an active member of the CNCPI and involved in many associations and professional organizations. She worked in a law firm in Bordeaux after having started her legal career in Paris. Sandrine joined Plasseraud IP in 2015.

Christelle Marguet

Christelle Marguet is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She supports clients of the Lille office in their development strategy in terms of intellectual property, in particular brands, models and domain names. She mainly works in the textile, beer and health sectors and supports several SMEs. Christelle is a member of the Plasseraud IP Appellations & Origins team where she assists clients in the field of collective and certification marks. She teaches «Trademark Law – Cases studies » to the Masters II in Intellectual Property Law, at the University of Lille.

Noélie Carron

Noélie Carron is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her experience in French, European Union and Swiss comparative law enables her to advise her clients from a global protection perspective. She specializes in trademark, design, domain name and copyright law. She assists both large international groups and SMEs in determining global protection strategies, and works particularly closely with clients in the medical, diagnostic and food safety fields, in which she has developed specific skills. Noélie is a member of GRAPI, AIPPI, APRAM and PTMG.
