Sophie Delauney is a jurist at Plasseraud IP Internet & Data. She mainly works in the fields of digital law and personal data law. Her work consists of managing clients' domain name portfolios, their protection, defense, valuation, and all related procedures. Sophie also works on issues related to personal data (audits, compliance, drafting of information notices and contractual documentation, etc.).

Solène Bourdet is a jurist at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in various aspects of trademarks, designs and copyrights. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property law at the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3. Prior to joining Plasseraud IP, she worked in several companies in different sectors (research center and audiovisual) allowing her to develop different types of skills. Alexandra ELKAÏM is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She mainly assists her clients in the fields of trademarks, designs and copyrights. Her works consists of advising and assisting companies and individuals to protect, enhance and defend their trademarks and other distinctive signs. Her experience of more than fourteen years in one of the leading IP firms in Alsace has enabled her to acquire a great deal of experience in managing worldwide IP portfolios for large international groups. She has been a frequent speaker at CEIPI on trademark law.

Sophie Jacqueline is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She handles the full range of intellectual property issues relating to trademarks, domain names and models. She manages trademark portfolios on behalf of various companies, mainly in the areas of press, media and consumer products. Her missions mainly include the development of strategy, obtaining and defending industrial property titles. Sophie began her career as a jurist in two intellectual property law firms before joining the IP firm Vittoz in 1996 and headed it in 2013.

Myriam Fayard is Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is involved in various aspects of trademark, design and domain names law, both in France and abroad. Her work concerns particularly procedures, the drafting of agreements as well as pre-litigation and litigation phases. She manages trademark portfolios on behalf of major companies, mainly in the fields of press and media, hotels and audiovisual production. Myriam joined the IP law firm Vittoz, a company of Plasseraud IP Group, in 2004.

Ecaterina Bonin is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is in charge of the Strasbourg office. She assists her clients in the fields of trademarks, designs and copyrights. She coordinates the group’s business in the region of Alsace and more widely in the East of France (“Grand Est”). Ecaterina has acquired more than fifteen years of experience in managing IP portfolios and drafting contracts for large international groups, within one of the leading IP firms in Alsace.

Marie Pusel is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in the protection, defense and management of trademarks and designs and has worked since 2004 in several IP law firms. Marie is also a registered Mediator in the field of industrial property. She actively participates in the life of the CNCPI, of which she is an active member of the International Proceedings Commission. She is also a member of professional associations such as APRAM, INTA and PTMG. Marie joined Plasseraud IP in 2021.

Laurent Léopold-Metzger is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He has been working in the field of intellectual property for more than six years. In particular, he worked for one year in an Anglo-Saxon law firm and five years at EUIPO in the Operations Departments and the Boards of Appeal. He specializes in European Union and French trade mark law cases and is involved in the management of trade mark and design portfolios. He joined our office in Alicante in March 2020.
