Plasseraud IP at the 38th Annual MARQUES Conference in Stockholm

Guillaume Vermander, Partner and French & European Trademark and Design Attorney, will be attending the 38th Annual MARQUES Conference, which will take place from September 24th to 27th, 2024, in Stockholm.

The conference theme, "THE MANY TRAITS OF THE TRADEMARK EXPERT," will cover a wide range of topics through workshops, roundtables, and presentations, including managing disputes in the face of public opinion, recent EU case law on trademarks and designs, challenges related to the development of artificial intelligence, protection of trade secrets, co-branding, and the use of copyright in anti-counterfeiting efforts.

This European organization, founded in 1986, is dedicated to defending the interests of trademark holders. Its most active members participate in various working groups.
