Three experts from Plasseraud IP recognized Rising Stars 2024 by IP Stars-Managing IP
Plasseraud IP is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Leleu, Charlotte Montaud and Nathalie Wajs as “Rising Stars 2024” by Managing IP, for the fourth year running.
Charlotte Leleu is a Partner in our Mechanics - Electronics - IT department and Head of the Toulouse office. She assists clients in the energy, space and healthcare sectors with their patent procedures, and has developed specific expertise in the patentability of computer simulation inventions involving artificial intelligence.
Charlotte Montaud is Partner and Head of Plasseraud IP Contrats & Valorisation. An expert in contractual engineering, she assists clients in drafting and negotiating their R&D and IP valuation agreements, auditing contracts in the context of fund-raising on behalf of investors, as well as in pre-litigation, monitoring litigation and settling disputes.
Nathalie Wajs is a partner in our Chemistry-Biology department. She assists clients in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals sectors in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. As expert in litigation, she is involved in patent disputes, oppositions and oral proceedings before the EPO and the French Patent Office (INPI).
Nathalie Wajs is in charge of our ecodesign expertise, while Charlotte Montaud is at the heart of our partnership with Sustainable Leather Forum. Charlotte Leleu is a member of the Plasseraud IP Group's CSR Commission.
