Christine Koenig

Christine Koenig started working in the patent department of Valeo in 1997. Responsible for research centers in Germany and United States, for which she mainly handled patent prosecution, freedom to operate studies, and contracts. She then practiced in the field of electronics as well as preparing and obtaining patents at a large French IP firm for more than 6 years. She joined Plasseraud IP in 2009.

Clémentine Eap

Clémentine Eap is a patent attorney at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in biotechnologies, biology, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. She particularly handles cases relating to biomarkers, therapy, diagnostic methods and personalized medicine, notably in the field of oncology, as well as in vaccines. Clémentine is experienced in drafting patent applications and grant procedures, as well as in opposition proceedings and litigation. She joined Plasseraud IP in 2014.

Claus-Michael Mayr

Claus-Michael Mayr is a German and European Patent Attorney as well as a European Trademark & Design Attorney. He specialises in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patents, trademarks and designs. He assists his clients in opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the EPO, WIPO and EUIPO, in complex litigation procedures and drafting settlement and licence agreements. He also has solid experience in nullity actions and infringement suits.

Richard Nicolas

Nicolas Richard worked five years for Thomson (Technicolor) in the Patent & Licensing department as "Patent Information Specialist" where he participated in the development of various technological fields of the group, such as electronics, signal processing, digital compression, networks and security. Nicolas has been qualified as a Patent Information Professional in 2019 by the International Standards Board for Qualified Patent Information Professionals (ISBQPIP). He joined Plasseraud IP in 2005.

Jacqueline Vinatier

Jacqueline Vinatier is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in preparing and obtaining patents in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, molecular and cell biology, neurobiology and biochemistry. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). She has significant experience in drafting patent applications and grant procedures, opposition proceedings and litigation. Jacqueline joined Plasseraud IP in 2007.

Audrey Normand

Audrey Normand is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her work focuses on biotechnology, molecular and cellular biology, and biochemistry. She also advises patent holders in the field of Plant Variety Rights (PVR). During her scientific training, Audrey carried out long-term internships at the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnologies at the University of Saint-Etienne, at Bayer in the Crop Science Division (Lyon), and at Pierre Fabre Laboratories (Castres).

Marion Autissier

Marion is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She advises individuals, companies and research institutes on the development and management of their patent portfolio: patent applications, procedures for granting titles, legal consultations (freedom to operate, patentability, audit of IP portfolios) and valuation. She mainly works in biotechnologies, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and agrifood sectors. In particular, she has developed strong skills in litigation. She is also a trainer at the IEEPI.
