Gaël Le Saux

Gaël Le Saux is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He notably assists clients in the information technology sector with the development and management of their patent portfolios.
Gaël has acquired a solid experience of almost twenty years in major French IP law firms. He has developed strong skills in supporting the intellectual property strategies of his clients, from major groups to SMEs and start-ups. He has successfully assisted them in opposition and litigation proceedings. He is frequently in charge of building patent portfolios for start-ups and growth companies. He also takes part in industrial property audits, for example during major corporate events (fund-raising, capital increases, etc.).
