David Tucapsky

David Tucapsky is a European and Czech Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He advises publics institutes, SMEs and large international groups in the protection and defense of their patent portfolio, from filing to granting as well as oppositions procedures. His portfolio includes clients in the aerospace, automotive, optics and electronics fields. He studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Ostrava and his field of study was focused on Aviation Technology, respectively on Air Operation Technology and Transport Equipment and Technology. His diploma thesis was dedicated to the safety management in aviation and analysis of dangerous situations in flight and procedures to solve them. After his studies he lived in Canada, and then worked at the Prague Airport in the Security Department. David joined Plasseraud IP in 2015.
