Ina Schreiber among the most influential women in IP
Plasseraud IP is honored to see Ina Schreiber, Partner and Patent Attorney, recognized as one of the most influential and successful women in intellectual property in the World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) Diversity 2022.
WIPR Diversity annually profiles outstanding women who have played a major part in the development of diversity, equity and inclusion issues in the intellectual property field.
As part of its survey, WIPR Diversity 2022 asked a panel of professionals to nominate influential women attorneys and counsel practicing in law firms and in the industry. Based on this, analysts selected the most influential women as well as women with less than 10 years of experience in the IP profession who have already made significant contributions to the industry.
Ina Schreiber is a triple qualified French, German and European patent attorney. She started her career as a patent engineer at PSA and joined Plasseraud IP in 2004 where she became a partner in 2012. Schreiber mainly works in the fields of chemistry and life sciences. She has a recognized expertise in opposition proceedings in the three official languages of the European Patent Office and in litigation. Ina also deals with all types of contractual issues related to IP. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences on patent issues, including litigation and the UPC. She is co-chair of the Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Jurisdiction (UPC) committee of the CNCPI, and member of the UP and UPC committee of AIPPI. Schreiber is also member of APEB, GRUR and INTA.
