Plasseraud IP was delighted to host the French edition of AIPLA's Women in IP event for the 8th consecutive year.
On this occasion, IP professionals from all over the world were gathered to share their experiences and paths.
Cyra Nargolwalla, Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP, and Marianne Schaffner, Partner and Patent Attorney at Reed Smith in Paris, discussed the theme of "Optimism, Growth and Fulfillment" with their committed guests:
- Patricia Gendelman Couzinier, Group Legal Director at Pierre Fabre
- and Murielle Khairalah, Group Intellectual Property Vice-President at Valeo.
The place of women in the workplace and more specifically in the field of intellectual property are key topics of the annual Women in IP meetings. Female role models, impostor syndrome, mentoring and coaching for women, quotas for women leaders, under the prism of optimism, and other aspects of professional life were raised yesterday.
