Cyra Nargolwalla, member of the SACEPO Working Party on Rules

We are delighted to announce that Cyra Nargolwalla, Managing Partner at Plasseraud IP, has been appointed member ad personam by the President of the European Patent Office (EPO) to the Standing Advisory Committee before the EPO (SACEPO) Working Party on Rules for a 3-year term of office. This group works together on proposed changes to the European Patent Convention (EPC) Implementing Regulations.

Cyra was previously an ad personam member of the SACEPO Working Party on Guidelines where she served from 2018 to 2020.

The SACEPO, the EPO's advisory body, was formed in 1978, its membership includes representatives from industry and the patent profession. Some recognised experts are appointed ad personam by the President of the EPO.
